• A correction. If a specification, a measurement or a claim on a page is wrong, tell us which page and what is wrong with it. Corrections are made promptly and, where the change is material, noted on the page — see the editorial policy.
• A question a page didn’t answer. These are the most useful messages we get, because a question that is not answered anywhere on the site usually means a page is missing.
• A window problem we haven’t covered. Odd-shaped openings, unusual mounting situations, and things that went wrong in ways we have not written about.
• A product that has changed or gone. Ranges get discontinued and specifications change. If a pick on this site is no longer what we describe, we want to know.

We cannot measure your window for you, recommend a specific size without seeing it, or tell you whether a particular product fits a particular opening — for that, the measuring guide will get you further faster than we can by email. We also cannot help with orders, deliveries or returns: we are a publisher, not a retailer, and we do not sell anything. Anything to do with a purchase has to go to the retailer you bought it from.
